Marc Rodriguez, CAM President & CEO
Email: mrodriguez@fourpointsproperty.com As President and Chief Executive Officer, Marc Rodriguez sets strategy and directs operations for Four Points Property Management, Inc. He leads the senior management team as they drive the business to get the desired results for Four Points Property Management and its clients. Mr. Rodriguez is dedicated to creating value for Four Points Property Management. Mr. Rodriguez is very informed on the ever-changing Florida Condominium Act (F.S. 718). He is involved in the Florida Legislative process as it affects Condominium and Homeowners Association’s throughout the State of Florida and is often looked to for advice and the perspective of an experienced property manager. Marc is a native of Miami, Florida where he has attended Miami Dade College, Florida International University, and most recently the University of Phoenix. He has a degree in Business Administration and Communications. He maintains his CAM License (Community Association Manager), is a member of CAMP (Community Association Management Professionals) and CAI (Community Association Institute).
John Hernandez, CAM Director of Community Management Services Email: jhernandez@fourpointsproperty.com Mr. Hernandez started with Four Points Property Management in 2009 as a Portfolio Manager dedicated to serving a portfolio of 10 communities. In 2010, Mr. Hernandez was tasked with overseeing the company's entire North Miami-Dade region. His most recent promotion was to Director of Community Management Services. In his capacity as Director, John is responsible for supervising all of the companies licensed managers, including both Portfolio and On-site managers. He is instrumental in the development and implementation of all corporate policies and procedures. As a detail oriented and organized manager, John is dedicated to the industry and the company’s clients. Mr. Hernandez’s industry expertise, customer focus, and management skills are invaluable in providing continual growth and service improvements at all levels. Mr. Hernandez began work in Association Management as a Board Member in a large high-rise community. Soon after obtaining his Community Association Management license John was contracted to manage the property and quickly learned the business. In 2006, John was hired by a local management company to manage and oversee one of their largest upscale communities located in Key Biscayne, Florida. As an experienced property manager, Mr. Hernandez’s diversity stems from his role as both a Board Member and as a Property Manager. John has been responsible for managing property renovation projects in excess of $1 Million and has developed an expertise in project management and oversight. John is very hands on and enjoys working closely with communities, coordinating projects, attending meetings, and he enjoys active involvement with those he supervises by frequently visiting the properties and speaking with board members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
He is originally from Boston and spent many years in Trinidad. He has now lived in Florida for over 20 years, but enjoys frequent visits back to both Boston and Trinidad.

As Director of Financial & Administrative Service, Brenda is responsible for client accounting, reporting to clients, corporate office strategic execution and customer service at Four Points Property Management, Inc. Brenda has over 25 years of experience in the fields of accounting and administrative management. Prior to joining Four Points Property Management, Ms. Rodriguez was the corporate controller and office manager for a South Florida real estate and development firm for five years. As Controller, she oversaw the functions of the accounting department and all functions of financial management for corporate accounting, including cash flow and budgeting. Ms. Rodriguez is also a licensed United States Customs Broker. For over 10 years Brenda owned her own Customs Brokerage firm which specialized in the importing and exporting of ceramic tiles, granite and marble, as well as flowers from all over the world. Through her experience, Brenda has gained advanced knowledge of real estate accounting and reporting, working with Certified Public Accountants and legal departments, customer service and office management. Ms. Rodriguez has attended Miami-Dade College and is a native of Miami, Florida. Brenda volunteers her time in her church parish as a Religious Education Teacher and Lay Minister for the Archdiocese of Miami. She enjoys spending time with her husband and four sons. |
