Four Points Property Management is continually seeking partnerships or acquisitions of other association management companies. Our areas of interest for partnerships or acquisitions are throughout South, Central, and North Florida.

We are looking to partner with all size association management companies in these areas. Our partnership strategy for owners seeking an eventual exit strategy can be structured around their time frame and terms. We will work together for a win-win relationship.

Four Points Property Management would also like to speak with owners of association management companies who are seeking an immediate exit strategy or are downsizing. Again our acquisition strategy is for a win-win transaction.
